Our Story
DealDesk started with two SaaS industry veterans who have spent a combined 30 years working in software.
Buying software is complex by design.
We saw companies paying wildly different prices for the same tools. Contracts that felt harder to understand than they needed to be. Long agreements, complicated terms, and pressure to commit to more software and more spend than teams were actually comfortable with — all in the name of “future growth.”
The process was often opaque, inconsistent, and unnecessarily confusing.
Not because companies couldn’t handle it, but because the rules weren’t clear and the information wasn’t easy to find. Even smart, capable teams were left guessing about what was fair, what was negotiable, and what they were really signing up for.
DealDesk was built to make software purchasing feel more understandable and a lot less stressful.
We help teams slow things down, see what they actually have, and make decisions they’re comfortable with — without pressure, jargon, or games. Our role is to bring clarity where there’s been little and to simplify a process that’s become far more complicated than it needs to be.

We’re here to help companies feel confident, informed, and in control when they buy software.
That’s what DealDesk is about.
